Request a Quote FAQ
A clear brief starts with a few useful details.
What should I include in a custom packaging quote request?
Start with the product, the packaging direction you are considering, estimated quantity, target market, artwork status and timing. If you have a current package, drawing or visual reference, include that too.
Can I request a quote before every package detail is finalized?
Yes. The purpose of this page is to start from the information you already have. Mark any unknown item in your brief, then explain what decision you are trying to make.
Which packaging format should I ask about?
If you already know the format, select it in your brief. If not, describe the product, how it will be used or filled, and the kind of package presence you are trying to achieve. You can also browse our pouch and poly bag directions before sending the form.
Can I discuss a package reference or artwork direction?
Yes. Mention the reference in the project brief and explain what you want to discuss. Do not upload third-party artwork unless you have the right to share it.
